New Discussion:

PSIJ Sensitivity BIRD draft:
Kinger reviewed a work in progress based on draft10. He had added Sub-params:
sections for [PSIJ Sensitivity Rail] and [PSIJ Sensitivity Signal] to enumerate
the new signal name related subparameters shown in the Examples. Arpad noted
that the new subparameters should also be shown along with their respective
keywords in the keyword hierarchy tree diagram. Arpad also suggested that the
subparameters' behaviors be defined in the Usage Rules of their respective
keywords. Bob suggested that the uses of the model_name, signal_name and
bus_label subparameters should all be lower case in this proposal, though the
group then noted some possible inconsistencies existing in IBIS 7.2 with respect
to capitalization of certain subparameter names in various locations in the
specification.

Referring to a discussion at the previous meeting about explicitly stating
that [PSIJ Sensitivity] can appear multiple times in each [Component], and
[PSIJ Sensitivity Rail] can occur multiple times in each [PSIJ Sensitivity], and
[PSIJ Sensitivity Signal] can occur multiple times in each [PSIJ Sensitivity
Rail], Kinger noted that this was already stated in draft10 for everything
except [PSIJ Sensitivity Signal]. Kinger added a similar explanation for
[PSIJ Sensitivity Signal].

Curtis recalled Arpad's suggestion from the previous meeting that we should
explicitly state that the new signal related subparameters may only refer to
signals that appear in the same [Component] as the subparameters. Kinger
agreed.

Kinger said he would send out draft11 after incorporating the feedback from
the meeting.

BIRD draft for IBIS-AMI Ts4file port order:
Liwei shared draft3. Liwei summarized the changes in draft3:
  - 2 new figures illustrating the 12-34 (Gonzalez) ordering for Tx and Rx were
    added.
  - Additional details were added in the Usage Rules.
  - A new sentence was added in Usage Rules explaining that the same port order
applies to all possible file selections if the associated Ts4file Reserved
Parameter uses Format List or Corner.

Arpad noted that the Usage Rules contained the language "positive and negative"
to describe terminals and signal paths, where the original Analog Circuit
descriptions, sections 10.10.1 and 10.10.2 in IBIS 7.2, use the terms
"inverting and non-inverting". Randy suggested several editorial changes
including adding a missing ";" in the Required section of Tx_Port_Order.

Curtis and Arpad noted the new sentence in Usage Rules:
For Formats List and Corner, all Ts4files named shall use the same port order
  as defined by this parameter.
To make it even clearer that the Ts4file is what might use List or Corner, they
proposed:
If the Ts4file Reserved Parameter uses Format List or Corner, all of its
enumerated files shall use the port order defined by this parameter.

Liwei said she would incorporate the feedback from the meeting and send draft4
to the ATM list.

- Curtis: Motion to adjourn.
- Bob: Second.
- Arpad: Thank you all for joining.

New ARs:

Kinger: Send out draft11 of the PSIJ Sensitivity BIRD draft.

Liwei: Send out draft4 of the IBIS-AMI Ts4file port order BIRD proposal.
